Audio System Refunds and Returns Policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.
Please note that customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping, unless the return is due to a confirmed product defect or shipping error.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to the specialised nature of our high-fidelity audio components and to ensure product integrity for all customers, certain items are not eligible for return.
- Customised or Installed Products: Items that have been custom-configured, modified per customer specifications, or professionally installed (altering their original state) cannot be returned.
- Opened Software or Activated Licences: Any software, firmware, or digital licences that have been opened, downloaded, or activated are non-returnable.
- Personalised or Made-to-Order Items: Products that have been personalised (e.g., engraved) or built as special orders are final sale.
- Clearance or Final Sale Items: Products marked as "Clearance" or "Final Sale" or sold at a significant discount are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Gift Cards: Digital or physical gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note that the refund amount will be calculated after inspection and may be adjusted as follows:
- AUD 100 restocking fee per returned unit
- 5% of the total order amount, which covers non-refundable payment processing fees charged by the payment platform
These fees are charged by third-party service providers and are non-refundable.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received the refund, please contact us at sales@diamondaudioworks.com.
Requests for return outside the applicable return conditions will not be accepted.
